MBA markets your business to the targeted customers that directly benefit from your services and products. MBA develops and delivers services, information, skill enhancement, and networking opportunities that help its members grow, develop, and succeed throughout their business-to- business ventures.

Products and Services

MBA studies and examines its members’ products and services to best project the marketing level for each member.

Targeted Customers or Consumers

With the nature of these products and services, MBA targets a direct marketing to all existing and potential consumers. This includes all current targeted areas demographically and the vicinities that may surround it. This is to be certain that all probable consumers are reached from a form of marketing strategy that ensure effectiveness.

Marketing Forms and Strategies
Depending on the type of business that each member has, marketing methods may differ. MBA makes certain to create and project the finest possible solution of marketing that is most beneficial for all members. The forms of marketing ideas come from the studies of all products and services along with the targeted population. Marketing solution include but not limited to: advertising or running promotional sales to attract customers. These are general examples of marketing strategies, however, it may not pertain to all businesses. MBA makes a tactic that best defines the maximum profit for all members.

Managing Your Business
Within a business, management skills are a necessity. These skills are a talent, however, it can be taught. MBA is committed to facilitating techniques that help its members manage daily operations. MBA trains its members to transact with all aspects of their business from customer relations to administration internally.

Administration (Daily Legal Communications)
MBA trains its customers with administration procedures on a daily basis. These administration procedures work as benefits for an efficient working business to maintain the necessary legal documents in an orderly fashion. It includes customer relations, human resources, and communication with other forms of business entities.

Accounting or Bookkeeping

MBA manages and trains its clients to administer daily accounting needs. MBA hires accountant specialists to oversee accounting and tax services. This may include a daily routine of accounting and bookkeeping techniques or filing quarterly taxes.

Operation Cost and Inventory
Moos Business Associate does analysis overview of products and services to minimize cost and maximize profit. Reducing cost is to be implemented of each dollar spent within a business. MBA monitors inventory or teaches methods of inventory control to its members. This observation is useful for the determination of products that are most needed as purchases for fast sell out.

Direct Marketing (Promotional Advertising)
Promotional advertising is available for all clients. This will promote services and products of each client to other businesses and its targeted marketing area.

Quarterly Mailing List

On a quarterly basis, MBA directly mails out listings of its clients and their services/products to targeted populations. These mailings include mailings to other businesses that may potentially
benefit from the types of services/products as offered.

Consulting Word of Mouth

MBA meets with clients on a daily basis. Word of mouth is the most effective and efficient strategy to advertise. When in a situation that a client can utilize the services/products of another
client, MBA is sure to promote each business to other clients.

Community Forum
MBA holds an annual community business workshop. During this workshop, it is expected that many clients and new clients are to attend. In this situation MBA is sure to endorse its clients’ businesses to the members that attend the workshop. Internal word of mouth endorsements will be announced to all those that attend each event. MBA hope to brace its members an opportunity to a chain of networking and make their products and services known within the organization.

Management Training
Throughout each year and within each contract signed by its client and MBA, management training sessions are offered. MBA assures a quality training for its customers to maximize their profits and to manage their businessess efficiently to attract its existing and potential customers.

Business Group
Management training may include a business training group. This will include clients of MBA to come together for a training. It is held in a community forum or workshop.

One-On-One Training
One-on-one mentoring business training is also available. MBA works with each business one-on-one to ensure the quality training to accurately denote data, control inventory, and train management skills on a daily basis.

5 Hours Quarterly Consultation

There is also a 5 hours quarterly consultation that is offered to MBA’s clients. MBA sechedules to meet with its clients in their offices for questions and concerns they may have involving their
business.

The Community Marketing Group

Annual Workshop
As mentioned, MBA holds an annual workshop. All MBA Group members have the opportunity to meet once a year. This opportunity will have priority to bring everyones’ goods and services to the community for attention. The event is organized with business resources. For example, layout of display and presentations from within its members and proffessional specialists. This annual workshop will target not only customers but other businesses.

Membership Quarterly Meeting
MBA holds quarterly meetings to update any materials as needed. These meetings are offered to members. This gives members an opportunity to inform others about their businesses and pass any written communication documents as needed.

Moos Business Associate works with each client to negotiate the best prices to fit within each category of training offered. Fees are subject to change.
